any info leading to one is appreciated.

Having surveyed 156 C&C's I can only say that chances of finding such a vessel with uncompromised hull core is unlikely. Be careful. Attached is an excerpt from the last one I surveyed (one of the better ones)

Buying an older boat, I am fully expecting some wet spots to be wary of and/or fix as long as it is not too extensive and at the right price.
