Sea-artist,
Looking for passage to St Croix mid to late August. Will crew for passage, or cook for wage and passage. Can leave from anywhere on New England or Mid-Atlantic seaboard. Moving to U.S.V.I. Some sailing experience. No seasickness. Would like to arrive St. Croix no later than labor day.
Regarding off shore experience, yes. Ocean wise, I have crewed on a 52'' Nautica from Baltimore to Newport, RI. That was last year. I also have Great Lake experience. I will be spending the first two weeks (or so) with that same Captain training (on the same Nautica) for this sail to St. Croix in Newport. The man (a good friend) is retired Navy, with 40 years experience. I''ll be ready to go! Thank you for your enquiry.
