Our Jeanneau has a separate ELCI (similar to a GFCI) breaker in an aft locker near the power inlet. The delivering dealer relocated it from the nav station electrical panel to meet North American rules requiring the breaker to be within 10 cable feet of the inlet. Maybe you have a second inlet breaker that's tripped.
