What happens? Does it click off immediately or stays on but no juice? If it clicks off you might have a short somewhere, maybe in battery charger or elsewhere. Maybe the breaker went bad.
If no juice check with ac voltage meter that you are getting juice at end of plug where it goes in to boat, behind breaker (one probe on screw behind breaker and other on negative bus bar). Track down where you have juice and where it stops.
