Several years ago, our original 20+ year old shaft seal needed replacement and our yard convinced us to use a Volvo seal offered by Beneteau. Since then we have been through two Volvo seals that just don't seem to be up to the task. As an alternative, I am considering the ManeCraft Shaft Seal:

I am wondering if anyone has used one of these and, if so, what is your opinion.

Thanks...

Thanks. Frankly, I'd like to use a PSS seal but we have a Globe Drive Saver on our shaft and so do not have sufficient room between the stern tube and the Drive Saver to fit one. The Manecraft seems to require somewhat less space.
