We are at White Rocks Marina on Rock Creek in the Patapsco. It is a nice facility, reasonably priced, 12-15 feet of water all the way in, very easy to get in and out. It is about 8 miles downstream from Balto, so it's very close to the bay. We are usually sailing 10 minutes after leaving the slip.
