I’ve not had a boat stored in the water for a number of years, and I’m kind of surprised how much it has gone up.

I’ve been checking around St Augustine Fl area and I’m getting quotes of anywhere from $9-dollars per foot for on the hard storage, to $12.50-$16 per foot for a marina slip.

What does it cost in your area?

Tampa Bay, $7-$12 per foot for a boat slip. Cheapest way seems to be to find a homeowner who has a dock but no boat. Have seen dockage available this way for as little as $200/month for up to 40' boat.

My slip in Annapolis was $6700 per year.

We left our boat in Jacksonville for a couple of months as a small marina up the St. Johns a couple of years ago. PM is interested in details.
