Hey Guys

My scout group have just inherited a mirror dingy.
The trouble is that it is quite old - Sail # 16074 (1968) and all the rigging is shot
Do any of you guys Have any knowledge of rigging Mirrors. Also The boat did not come fitted out with a spinnaker and considering its size and sail area I would like to get one fitted right away!

Thanks

Damn, a Mirror question, my first boat in 1970! The diagram should help you. There are two mast steps. You choose based on whether you are using the jib or not. The only serious problem we had was with the shock cord that keeps the gaff attached to the mast (see 16 on the diagram.

BTW, yours may be newer than you think. My hull number was in the 4000s and it was new in 1970.
