go on ebay and look up electric scooter kits, moped, and electric bike conversion kits

you will have ideas for ages and ages...

some of the cheap electric stuff is great for small rides...

If you really need to have your boat and bike at the same place when traveling why don t you put the boat on a trailer and pull with the bike ?
