First post here so want to say Hi to you all. About 15yrs ago I rented a small little 12 or 15 sailboat and spent all day out put-zing around a lake. Ever since I have dreamed of owning and basically living on a sailboat. Now, at 48yrs old I have gotten myself down to only having 1 more bill to payoff and I will be completely debt free. That liberation is what is going to help make my dream a reality. I am not wealthy by any stretch of the imagination, no pension, but when I hit that 100% debt mark I have all intentions of selling my house and making my dream a reality. I can only hope that I don't drive you all crazy asking questions and learning.

Thanks. I've been doing alot of reading on here already. I never would have thought but just that one day out on that little sailboat was amazing. Everyone kinda thought I was crazy but I spent all day till I was fried to a crisp and have never been able to get it out of my head. lol.

Great dream many have it. Recommend you start reading books written by folks who have been living the dream for many years and many, many more sea miles.
