Typically sailboats with a cabin like the 6.5 do not have a capacity plate. The people capacity is calculated differently than say a ski boat or a small open sailboat. Stability is a key factor for open boats. More people less stability.

For the 6.5, if you overload the boat with people, stores etc beyond its design waterline depth you could possibly invite stability issues and raise a safety check by the authorities. Although the cabin adds a lot of buoyancy, I would think 6 average size adults would be maximum for comfort and safety.

I once (in my youth) overloaded a similar sized boat beyond the waterline with firewood and quickly realized that it was a bad idea. My camping date was not amused either.
