Which would you prefer for your 7 meter cruiser's swing keel and why?

I would have to see a drawing so I could calculate the aspect ratio of the fin. 17% is very high. You have far more choices than just those two foils. Why just those two?

The aspect ratio is 4:1. Neither choice is probably optimum, especially the NACA0017. To answer your question would ruin your objectivity so yeah, it is a trick question of sorts. I will "show my cards" at the end but I'd like to hear a few opinions first. If those were your only choices, what cruising performance would you expect from each and which would you choose if it were your boat?
