Help, my boat is naked.

Show me yours, no sails etc, stripped for weather or winter.




Shortly after the above, saying goodbye for the winter.

Here is my sprite.. I havs since completed the sanding of 50 years worth of paint off her hull

Mine is not quite in the same size category but here it is packed up for winter:



The gray spar above it is actually the mast from my windsurfer (which is hanging from the garage ceiling).

I plan on getting a bigger boat at some point down the road but you can't beat the storage costs on this one. ;)

Wow. I completely forgot about that song… and I like Elvis Costello. :)

Sounds like a marketing video opportunity for the SmartKat people.

I remember the first time we took that boat out my wife had packed towels and snacks to bring along. I looked at her and said, "Umm… Maybe I should have described what this will be like a little bit better. Nothing we bring along is going to stay dry… including you."

I think she'd prefer some of the other boats in this thread.

Already for december, no sails......well maybe no sails......just lit a lit up christmas tree! even presents,........
