Well it seems with leaving Canadian and US waters in the near future, we had to get a few things in order. When we went to try and get a license for the use of our SSB on board it turned out we had to register our boat as a Canadian Vessel. This cost us 250 dollars and considerable amount of running around and submitting forms, pictures of the boat, finding its original ownership which was a US document, but we were lucky and in the end all things needed were had. Now not sure of the real way to change the name to make the sea happy, read many accounts and we decided on a blessing and a toast to appease Neptune. So its with that The Artful Dodger has now become The Artful Dodger II. It also was told to us with out doing this that we might have run into some very serious issues, all just recounts, was wondering has anyone had issues with such things. Or might there be other things we need to be thinking about that require some attention.
