Didn't get but about 4 years service out of the Prosport 12 battery charger. Anyone have a recommendation or see a good deal out there on another dual bank charger?

My Xantrex Truecharge 10tb has served me well for over 10 years now.

I have a Xantrex Trucharge 2 that's been fine for 5 years. The only problem I've had was that it would forget the temp setting. I got around this by getting the battery temp sensor, which overrides the manual setting, so no more problem.

Promariner PronauticP is one of the best built and designed chargers available. Very different from the other Promariner chargers. Would be my first choice.

Xantrex is nowhere close in design or build quality.

Did you buy it at West Marine? If so, they might replace it for you if you ask nicely.
