I believe this boat was Florida built in the 70s.

Does anybody know anything about them. We would use it to cruise the Windward and Leewards. Is it realistic to think that a couple in their 60s could handle it?

Yes that is the one we are considering.

She is a good looking old girl but we are wondering what she is like under the skin. Good water tankage but what about the hull or any other big potential problems.

Well I have been down to have a look and am still trying to find out more about the company who built it and the history of sister boats and any problems. The boat looks OK but I have reservations about hull ripples and extensive deck cracks.

I found one called the Jolly Rodger that had an eventful sail down the Californian coast with the Baja HaHa and will try to contact the owner to find out if they have similar problems.
