Did a swimming pool drill with gumby suits and a raft once. Once you become gumby, movement is not easy. If you are claustrophobic, or even if you aren't, the constricted movement etc, will test you. Recommend highly that if you've got these things in your boat, you try them out at least once on a nice day tied to a mooring before deploying when you've got real problems.
