Hello! I feel silly to introduce myself because I don't even have a boat...yet. So I don't have much expertise to offer. But my boyfriend and I are planning to give up the rat race and go live frugally on a sailboat. We absolutely can't wait, and find ourselves consumed with the planning, and daydreaming about the beauty and excitement that awaits us. We've been practicing on a 27' Catalina at our local lake, and will be spending this summer getting more skills on my parents 33' Hunter that's in the Florida panhandle.
Cheers to everyone and I look forward to participating more when I have gained some knowledge. Until then I will just keep reading and absorbing as much as I can here.
