New to Sailnet

Hi there,

I'm new to both sailnet and sailing - a few months ago yet another of my friends started to live in a sailboat, and I decided I wanted to as well.

I'm based in Victoria, BC which is extremely welcoming to liveaboards, and I've bought an old Hunter 36' 1980, which I am in the process of fixing up.

My website is in my signature (excuse the bad pun)

I look forward to contributing to the community!

Welcome to Sailnet, just looked at your website:
Next step will be to remove the holding tank itself (blech) and the heaps of pipes
Make sure it's empty, hopefully that green stuff you found in the head is Anti freeze and the PO emptied and winterized the boat. Whatever it is you are bound to find more in the tank and hoses.
