Hay all! Dale from the North Channel in Ontario. Just purchased a CS 27 and will be asking a bunch of questions about the boat and the North Channel. Cheers.

welcome aboard.
Faster- "starter boat"? hell, a CS 27 is a boat that one can live with for a long long time. Small enough to be manageable, spacious enough to be comfortable.

If I could sneak one on the Dock, it would be a top-of-the-list replacement for our venerable Georgian 23.

Yeah, you're right, bl... I guess thats my 34 foot - er 34 1/2 :p foot snobbery coming through....:rolleyes::eek:

Then again we do see a lot of newbies buying in at the 35 foot/$100K level these days too.....

Welcome Dale, you have just purchased one of the best 27 footers on the market
(I have never owned one so no prejudice but I have surveyed 27 of them).

Enjoy.
