Interesting terminology that I've never heard before. I wonder what a "stalled sailboat" actually means, when translated out of newspeak into real language? No wind and a failed engine? That would mean a vessel not under command according to the COLREGS (Part III, Rule 27) , which has a very different meaning to what the article and headline imply. This happened just before sunset in Miami and according to the weather there was dry and with just under 10 knots of wind. With that wind they should have been able to sail...
