I've got an old O'day 28. Recently the gooseneck (mast side boom attachment) broke in half. I can't seem to find a replacement gooseneck as they are no longer made and a conversion kit is pricey.
Does anyone of a comparable boom if I just decided to replace the whole boom with a more updated gooseneck system. I feel like I should be able to find a cheap old boom and go from there.
Or... does anyone know where I can find an old isomat gooseneck (i've checked with all the popular boat consignment shops) no such luck.

Might be under D&R Marine.

do you know the brand? If it was US SPARS, you can still get parts from the manufacture.

Rig rite doesn't carry the old goosneck anymore and the retro fit system is very expensive. DR Marine doesn't carry the mast position of the goosneck only the boom segments which I have and are fine.
Thanks for the link to random booms more what I was looking for... hopefully I can find a cheaper alternative by getting a little creative.
