She won't be affected when sailing. Just a little more responsive as she is lighter until you put in the 12v batteries for that electric motor. Count on adding up to 200lbs worth of batteries if you plan to use that motor much. This will still be a little lighter than the motor that was yanked and you get to spread the weight better fore and aft. You also lose the fuel tank which should give you a place for a battery or 2.
