I just purchased a 1980 Pearson 32. I did not come with any of the manuals. Is there anyone out there that might know where I could locate this info. Also, I have noticed some Pearson 32's with compression on the cabin top just in front of the mast, I wanted to prevent this and was wondering what is the cause of this and how it can be prevented. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Congrats on the new P-32. I have Hull #100 - thus the name Centennial. You will like how forgiving the P-32 is and what a great compromise of design she is between performance, stability and comfort.

I was very lucky. When I purchased mine I found hidden in the back of a cabinet was a binder with the original owners manual, the original Universal Atomic 5411 engine manual and the original brochure. I even have the original bill of sale.

To keep them from further degrading with age, I scanned them as PDF's and would be happy to share them you.

Send me a private email and I'll email them to you.

P32 manuals

My email address is [email protected]. I have been scouring the internet for any info on the boat but couldn't find the owner's manual. If you could email it to me that would be great.

Everything I have heard about the boat has been positive. I can't wait to start sailing her in a couple of weeks. Thanks, Matt

Hello Centennial,
I am just about (in an hour or so)to purchase a 1981 pearson 32 myself and I would really appreciate receiving your PDF's as well. Could you please email them to me? Any and all information you might have about these beautiful boats would also be greatly appreciated.
This is my very first post so you would have to send me a private message and I'll answer right back.

Many thanks in advance

I'll bet most are still afloat, they are very well made and survive better than most boats of the 32's vintage.

Also can someone forward me the pdf of the manual, it would be nice to have.

Hi All - Several people on this thread have documents, but I am not allowed to PM anyone. Would any and all people who have manuals or other documents related to Pearson 32's please email them to me? I really appreciate it- just bought hull #10.

email is sandy at alexandercohen dot org (I can't put an email in here either)!

Thanks
