If anyone is thinking about a 40, it is with a few mixed emotions that I announce that JUNO (PSC 40 - #46) is now in brokerage with Crusader Yachts in Annapolis. Rod Rowan is the broker.

She is a wonderful, much-loved and cared-for boat but "life changes" are requiring my wife and I to hang up our sailing shoes for the foreseeable future, and 40s are boats that should be sailed, not stored! We've tried to price her very attractively.
