I suspect you need to take the sail to your sailmaker.

If you read the sailmaker's instructions in the CDI manual (link - http://www.sailcdi.com/sailpdf/FF4&6 manual 7_06.pdf) you will see that you need #6 luff tape installed, and you will need a luff deduction of 22" for the CDI FF4 and FF6.
