Holy wow! that's not healthy.. maybe someone here will know the extrusion, or have the original arch spec... but here's a link to some standard mast steps...

You can have a new mast step made out of Canvas reinforced phenolic if you cant find the base. I have made a couple of mast heels for customers and I actually have a Ranger 29 in our fleet so I could get the exact shape you need. You could also have one machined out of aluminum but it can be pretty expensive.
If you are interested send me a PM , I am able to fabricating a new one if you can't find a replacement. The canvas reinforced fiber is great in weather and has a compression rating of 36,000lbs. Take a look at your tiller and the brownish red flange under the knuckle where the tiller goes through the deck is the same stuff and likely original to your boat. It holds up remarkably.
