I have an N33. The teak and holley sole needs re-finishing. Has anyone been down this road? did you remove the panels, or re-finish the wood in place? What worked for others?

THE product you need is Ultimate-Sole. Google it. MANY here have highest praise for the stuff and it is in a number of threads. My personal experience is that this is one of the few marine products everyone can agree on!

I took out what I could of the floor panels and refinished with US in my garage, a few pieces I had to do at the boat, as they were not removable.

Two yrs later, still wearing well.

A note, I am not sure why, but per the instructions you should not have to sand between coats. I seem to be the one in a 100 or so that did. Otherwise I could not get a smooth finish. It might have been that the material cured to quick, too thin or ___________
