I need to replace my speed, depth, and wind gauges, for under $1,500.00 and looking for suggestions, is it possible to get a chartplotter as for that?

Tough price curve Randy. Especially if you need the sensors as well.
Look at the Raymarine e7d series with a i70.

The e7d plotter can show the wind, depth, speed all by itself on half the screen and plot on the other, but I like the i70 as a separate display.

I would only buy NMEA 2000 instruments. The E7 and a triducer on a NMEA backbone will meet your needs and come close to your budget but will not give you wind. A wireless Ray system with wind, speed and depth is about $2400.

The e7d is hard to get for much under $1100, which doesn't leave much money for the transducers and wind instrument.

Try the Raymarine a67 (you give up the useful real buttons, but save a few hundred), speed and depth transducers, and Raymarine i40 wind instrument. I think you could get that entire bundle for right around $1500. You could find a used ST70 (older version of the i70 that chucklesR recommended) for about $200 to get a second data display.

Raymarine should be releasing a new version of the software in the next few weeks that gets you free charts for anywhere in the US. That will save a couple hundred compared to most other options. This is the page to watch:

If you have existing depth and speed transducers you can probably get them working with the e7d without having to replace them. I'm using 20+ year old Autohelm speed and depth transducers with my e7d, a newer homebuilt wind transducer, and the ST70 and P70 (part of the X5 autopilot) as secondary displays.

Garmin sells a bundle for speed, depth and wind including transducers for about $1,000. You only get 1 display but you can easily add another display and stay under $1,500. It is not the latest generation but is NMEA 2000 and fits your budget.
