I am looking fora good surveyor in the Rockland, me area. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Once again, let me put in a plug for captainrated.com. This site is brought to you from the same folks that created ActiveCaptain, and is a crowdsourced repository for experience with brokers and surveyors. Membership is required (to assure accountability), but they do not spam you, and it is free.

If you use the service, pay it back by providing a review of the surveyor that you use... You might even let the surveyor know that you found him through CaptainRated, so that he will draw the inference that you will rate his performance.

Thanks, I will call Mr therriualt. The Active Captain site could be a good resource, but none of the surveyors I looked at have reviews.

All the more reason to put a review in of whomever you use. If he's great, tell the rest of us slobs. If he's terrible, tell us that too.
