it is fairly straight foward, insure that the turning blocks arethe correct size. If you want both can be lead to one winch through Jammers, One point here is that you increase the loading on the mast step considerably when doing this. Make sure the step and supporting structure are up to the additional load. On this small a boat I really dont know why you would even be considering this. The associated gear and halyards take up precious cabin top which can better be used for people.
Caught out in a sudden 25Kont wind in and 11 foot classic Moth I wish I had the ability to reef or drop the sails without letting go of the tiller in four foot seas. Forced to ride it out I always reccomend aft led halyards for safety over comfort where possible. Be Sure deck mounted hardware is properly fastened and backed to handle and spread the load in the cabin top as well. Big Red
