On February 14th I purchased a 16oz. bottle of Rust-X from Integrity Industries for a total of $22.90 including shipping.

When after three weeks I did not receive the product I called the company and left a message for “Curtis”, no reply after a week.

Today I called and he called me back, I told him I filed a complaint with PayPal and would like the product or my money back.

He told me that, ‘I slipped between the cracks” and told me that "he didn’t like my attitude and maybe he wouldn’t ship me the product". I asked him to refund the money and hung up.

Customer service is not what this guy does, insulting a customer who already paid for the product, did not hear for 1 month and coping an attitude seems to be his forte. Please beware of buying from him.

If you paid with a credit card, you can always use that to dispute the bill.
