Greetings, my wife has had MS since 1996 and we still travel on our sailboat. She obviously has to make some allowances for her disability but still loves to be on the water.

We would be interested in hearing about things you do to compensate for heat sensitivity, lost strength, reduced coordination, etc. One of our largest challenges is getting around marinas, which are normally not well set up for people with reduced ability to walk.
