Just get a long Cb antenna, leave the fox tail on the end and rig your sails to it. Simple as that. The big tires will help in the shallow parts of the trip with extra speed

Don't forget to slip a tennis ball with a hole in it down the antenna to protect your gel coat, um... paint job.
