In April this year we needed to go from Switzerland to Italy to prepare our boat for the season. Work s negative Covid test in our pocket and filled in entry application we crossed the border without any controls. Also our 5 days quarantaine on board does not seem to be taken seriously. We can move around without problems and people come on board for work to be done. However sailing from one harbour to an other harbour in an other zone is still prohibited. Hope thst during the summer this will change.

Good to see you're able to get commissioned for the season. I'm afraid border crossing is going to be among the last things to return to near-normal. Folks are totally gun shy. I'd say at least half the people I know that are fully vaccinated now (ie 14 days past shot #2) remain concerned to be in public, even with ongoing masking and social distancing. It's left a scar.
