Sailing the baltic?

I don't mean to flood the pages with more of the same. The other thread on this subject was quite old and I feel it may have deterred some folks from reading down far enough to see my question.

I am in search of some good local knowlege of the Baltic sea; specifically Sweden. I will be doing some sailing in that area starting in late June and I would like to build an itinerary based on some real sailor's knowlege as opposed to charter companies who have no idea what it takes to reach the places they advertise in a week's time and the guy who says, 50 yrs ago I met a guy who sailed there.
