I think no one''s answered your query because finding PTC II & IIe TNC''s at any price other than the ''normal'' one is difficult within the U.S. The IIe did enjoy a price break for a while thru sponsorship by the SSCA (see www.ssca.org) but that was at the time of their annual Gam and subsequently expired.
No anyone going to Europe? Another fellow bought a II while in Germany and the price was approximately 1/2 the U.S. price - interesting, huh?!
