Has anybody used Sea Hawk Island 44 hard antifouling, adding the Sea Hawk Tin Booster? If so does the tin booster work or is it a con?
So far, the new generation of very expensive antifouling paints seem far less effective, in the tropics, than the cheapest bottom paint from 30 odd years past. Ain't progress great?

Environmentally its progress.... Nowadays we dont kill as many sea critters. We are saving the critters on our hulls! And spending more to do so. Arn't we good :)

BTW I dont know if Tin Booster worked on my boat. It was a very short life and I was hoping for multi year with 7 coats on the leading edges. Ablative.
