We''ve got a Jeanneau Tonic 23 and the cooler (not refrigerated) has cracks at the bottom. Not large ones but we''d like to seal it up. Any ideas? A replacement is most likely not available (15 yrs. old).
Thanks for any help.

Is the cooler fiberglass? If so, why not sand it a bit, and patch it with a layer of fiberglass and epoxy...then paint over it. :)

This would strengthen the area as well as seal it... and if it is cracking, chances are pretty good it needs some reinforcement.
