I ran into a guy at the dock who just boat a new boat so his very well maintained Catalina 30 has to go.

This is the specs
Would be a great started boat.
They guy had it a long time and maintained it well.

Catalina 30, 1981 Hull # 2319
Universal 5411 Diesel replaced 1994, rebuilt 2004
Hurth Transmission installed NEW 2004
Alternator replaced 2010
Pedestal Mount Engine control
Drive Saver
PPS dripless shaft seal
Cutlass bearing replaced 2009
Battery charger “ProSport12” installed 2012
Stove, Compressed Natural Gas, 2 burner, oven
Winches: all Lewmar, 2 – “40” self tailing Primary, 1 – 16 Self tail Cabintop. 2 -10’s on mast, rebuilt 2012
Holding tank replaced 2005
Sails: Jibs: 1 - 150%, 1 – 100% Inspected and repaired 2013, Main sail good and serviceable
