I hope I'm not spoiling a good thing for SunCor but there is no reason that you can't buy the fittings that you need from them and then buy the correct amount of wire you need separately from your local supplier.I'm very pleased with the result so far (only did one side--waiting to reattach the pushpit on the other side). They look nice and I'm trusting the reviews and Suncor that the fittings won't fail. And it really was quite easy, partly because we went with no gates. Four kits at a little over $400 gives you double lifelines on almost any size boat. It's a shame that the kits come with 40' of line each, as I'll end up with a bunch of 15' pieces left.
BTW, I didn't have cable cutters, but my cordless Dremel with a cutoff disc made short work of cutting the cables.
mgmhead, I have noticed how the quality of customer service has deteriorated lately. It's hard to understand. And as a struggling small business, it pisses me off.
