Surveyor requests come up on SailNet all the time. I continually recommend that people use CaptainRated* which has online reviews of surveyors by geography. It's a GREAT tool!

For some reason, this doesn't seem to stick, so I continue to recommend... <sigh>

I have no affiliation with the website, I just wish that more people would use it.
