What about Askelon Marina. Close to the Gaza Stip so it should be cheaper. I was there for a week or so 15 years ago and it was good.

So a 12 meter, 40 foot boat would be aprox 157€ / $200 USD per WEEK?

Not per day? Because not many would want to go to a war torn desert sandwitched between ISIS, Hizbollah and Hamas for Ibiza prices.
