Since some of what we get for topics is beginning to border on the rediculous rehasing of old threads I thought we could try something fun!

So, what would be the next great sailing feat for modern man to accomplish. Like, sailing across the North Atlantic in the winter on a sheet of plywood....or doing the "great circle" on a cedar log with a mast....

Actually...the next great feat will be known as the Al Gore Challenge awarded to the first sailor to circumnavigate both poles! :D :D :D
Not so fast, Cam! It will not only have to be a circumnavigation, but it will have to be done non-stop, single-handed and in typical Algore fashion..... that is, with your head up your a**! :D

"Sail Titan!"

For those that don't know... Titan is the largest moon of Saturn and is made up of.... WATER.

Of course, it's currently frozen so perhaps some ice sailing?

Oh, and yes, there's an atmosphere there so there are winds.

Who needs a cedar log and mast?

Just a paper cup full of viagra and a bed sheet.

I did last tuesday morning, came back in time for dinner. Used a Walker Bay 9ft sailkit and a old snow ski I found in the back of a pick up.
