I was polishing metal today and it occured to me that if you told someone you were "polishing your binnacle" it could be misconstrued. Given what sailing is I am sure there are lots of other phrases that fit the same category. Any others?

"CD Sailing" - after his last post of the Lat and Long girls...discovered what a dirty mind and maybe that is why he has a boat afterall...this would also be found under the thread "Things that never really happen" :laugher

Everyone in the office seems to chuckle when I talk about my hubbies dingy.

And you should hear the guffaws when I explain that the dingy has a big Johnson.
