Ah, first weekend with temps above 80degF!!!:D
Maybe cooler on the water, but I bet everyone here will be out in force.
Only problem is that fuel prices are lower and all the stink pots will be out as well. I hate stink pots!:cool:
But with 36Klbs weight, they tend to keep their distance from me.
Haven't had to fire the cannons yet:)
Are you going out this weekend?

I was out yesterday on a friends boat at the southern end of the bay, winds light 8 - 10 knots but with occasional blows of 20 knots or so to keep it interesting. Hopefully will be out there later this afternoon again, this time on my own boat.

You bet! My launch appointment at the boat yard is 1100 Saturday. I'll be out all weekend (well, 3/4 of it anyway, after I recommission the engine)!

Sailed my Dory on the Sound today. Lovely, wind varied between light and fresh. Out on the Sound I was nearly alone, no wakes, she went right along in light air, balancing well, I just stood and breathed.

Weekend

Leaving Saturday after I close my shop, Heading out and won't be back till Monday (my birthday). No plans on where we are going, we are just going!

i got ten inches of snow tuesday and it's still here. oh well it wont be long now........
