Anybody know what this connector is called or where to get more?

If the pic is not obvious, you're looking at the plugs at the base of my mast. The one with the connector goes up the mast (currently unused, sorry for the pun). English late 70's vintage if that helps.

Boat never had a steaming light (!) so I will hijack it anyhow.

I believe that is a Perko, Whitecap or Sea Dog 3-pin Deck Connector. They also come in 2 and 4 conductor variants. West Marine and Defender carry them.

Right on. Hard to search for it when you're not sure what it's called :)

You might want to call first to see if they have them in stock:

"Hello, West Marine? I'd like a 3-pin deck connector, but the kind with four pins. You got 'em in stock?"
