Friendly Foam in the U District was easy for us to work with and allowed us to source our own fabric, which saved us lot of money (we bought surplus Sunbrella Furniture Fabric in a pattern that we wanted). I got quotes from a few people (online and local) and they had a competitive price.

We bought foam and sewing services from them. They used our old cushions as patterns and then disposed of them for us. There are many foam samples at the shop, so we were able to do a good job of picking out foam densities. They made 10 cushions for our Catalina 25: v-berth (3), dinette (5), and settee (2).

My only complaint is that they didn't heat seal all of the unfinished edges inside of the cushions. This will make it harder to machine wash the covers in the future. I would specify this next time.
