So I have a bad control panel (salt water damage) on a Volvo Penta D1-30 engine. To replace the panel itself is $860 U.S. and another $450 for the tach.
This seems WAY out of line to me, the whole engine new was only $4500. Does anyone have a suggestion of a way I can save some money on a new control panel? thanks in advance.
