Does anyone know of a web site that sells used rudders.

I have never heard of one. Usually boats out last their rudders. You may try a Owner''s Website for the type of boat that you own, but most times, if you need a new rudder and the boat is not in production or an active one-design class, you end up building or having a new custom rudder built.
